Logo Designerz ensures 100% customer satisfaction with our free Revision Policy which enables you to improve on your initial design brief free of charge by contacting our customer support representative.

 
Complete amount of the transaction will be refunded in case of a duplicate transaction due to an error in processing and also if we are unable to complete your design in time and as per our delivery policy.

 
In case of any dissatisfaction from any design services provided by Logo Designerz, you can submit a refund request within 24-48 Hours of your initial designs completion. However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within 24-48 Hours of initial designs delivery. For any bundle packages, refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages.
All refund requests will be processed as per the following agreement:
 
· If request for refund is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, then you would be eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

· If request for refund is made in 48- 72 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible 70% refund.

· No refund request will be entertained after 72 hours of your initial design delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern, valid reasons can always be considered so do contact us and we will try our best to help you make complete use of your money spent.

· No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order

 
All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Logo Designerz reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.
